PURPOSE:To decrease the load of a server side work station in a work station to execute mutual communication through a transmission line between the server side work station connected to a network and plural client side work stations. CONSTITUTION:A server side work station 5 is equipped with program load information and manages programs loaded to respective client side work stations 7A, 7B...7N and when a program load request is given from one of the client side work stations, the address of the client side work station loading the same program is informed. Then, the program is transferred between the client side work station giving the program load request and the client side work station at the informed address.
