摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a mellow wild herb wine suitable as a healthy wine even for persons easily overcome by alcohols or valetudinarians by mixing an unrefined wine extract prepared from a mixture of vegetables with fruits, etc., with a wild herb extract and various wild herbs, fermenting and aging the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:Saccharides are initially added to a mixture or vegetables with fruits, seaweeds, cereals, nuts or leaves of trees, etc., and the resultant mixture is fermented and then filtered to provide an unrefined wine extract. A mixture of various wild herbs such as the whole herb of Plantago asiatica L. or a leaf of Lycium chinense Mill. is subsequently boiled and then filtered to afford a wild herb extract. The unrefined wine extract is then mixed with the wild herb extract and various wild herbs and saccharides are added thereto. The obtained mixture is subsequently fermented and aged so as to afford <=4% alcoholic concentration. The unrefined wine after completing the fermentation is finally filtered and finished to provide the objective wild herb wine.</p>
