<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by simplifying the whole of a device and eliminating necessity of a horizontal movement of the device, by a method wherein vibration damping rubber between an inner and outer cylinders of which the rubber is interposed is set up within a cylindrical space surrounded by dies and the device is constituted of a chuck pressing the vibration damping rubber on the upper part and a pushing up member moving the die toward the center by pushing the die or a ring body upward from the lower part. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder rod 16 of pushing-up member is raised by a chuck 14 as vibration damping rubber is pressed against the lower part. When the cylinder rod 16 is raised, dies 4 each are raised by being guided by a guide member 6. In this case, since the diameter of the inner circumference of a ring body 5 is so formed that it becomes larger gradually extending from the upper end to the lower end, the dies 4 raising by being guided by the guide member 6 are approached to the center to each other. Since vibration damping rubber also is raised according as the cylinder rod 16 is raised, a chuck 14 is fled upward by contracting an elastic member 15. The vibration damping rubber is drawn under a state where the chucks 4 are contacted with each other.</p> |
