PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the static electricity of toner which is generated during the use of a copying machine by conductive paint which is different in electric resistance value. CONSTITUTION:The toner guide plate 11 and toner scatter preventive plate 12, arranged at the photosensitive body cleaning part of a dry type development device, are partially adhered to a conductive polyurethane sheet 102 across a both-sided adhesive tape 103 and a metallic base 101 and the conductive polyurethane sheet 102 are bridged with the conductive paint 104 at least one place on the end surface of the adhesion part between the both. Therefore, even when the electric resistance value of the conductive polyurethane sheet 102 is <=10<4>OMEGA, the electric resistance value of the toner guide plate 11 and toner scatter preventive plate 12 itself can be set to >=10<5>OMEGA by being combined with the conductive paint 104. |
