PURPOSE:To provide a power device, in which an uncontrollable state is not generated, when the input voltage of the device is at OFF. CONSTITUTION:When there is capacitive load such as a capacitor at a driving system load terminal, the fall of voltage (No.n+1 output voltage) at the driving system load terminal at a time when the input voltage of a device is at OFF is gentled gradually as shown in an alternate long and short dash in (c), and overlapped to the timing of the fall of control system voltage (No.n output voltage) shown in (b), thus generating an uncontrollable state. Accordingly, the driving system load terminal is short-circuited at a time faster than the timing of the fall of control system voltage, and the fall of voltage at the driving system load terminal is not overlapped to the fall of control system voltage. |
