<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a deoxidizing agent having excellent durability and stable deoxidizing performance even under such a condition that water moves into the oxygen adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:The oxygen adsorbent consists of iron powder, a phenol compd., metal, halide, active carbon, water, and water holding agent. This oxygen adsorbent is packed in an air-passable packaging material to obtain a deoxidizing agent. This deoxidizing agent shows extremely excellent initial deoxidization performance and little deterioration even for long-term storage under severe conditions that water moves into the oxygen adsorbent used for dry foods, dry foods and desiccant, food with high water content, acid foods, etc.</p> |
