PURPOSE:To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell which prevents a cell from short-circuiting and have small electrolyte resistance and small reactive resistance of the boundary face between an electrode and an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 1 is provided between a fuel electrode 3 and an oxidizer electrode 2 so that a fuel gas supplied to the fuel electrode 3 and an oxidizer gas supplied to the oxidizer electrode 2 are not minglated directly to each other. The partition plate 1 is made up of a ceramic in which a zirconia solid solution 1a made by dissolving oxide zirconium and metal oxide of bivalent or trivalent and a ceria solid solution 1b made by dissolving oxide cerium and metal oxide of bivalent and trivalent are mixed. Besides, the containing rate of the zirconia solid solution 1a in the ceramic is specified to be 70 to 90%. |
