PURPOSE:To shorten the decision time for the propriety of a reservation by deciding the propriety of the reservation by comparing the reservation desire data with reservation data having a reservation termination date and time key and registering the data in a reservation termination date and time key table and a reservation data file. CONSTITUTION:In a host computer 2, a reservation desire data (a)is received, a termination date and time key to be an object of a decision is retrieved from a reservation termination date and time key table 10, the reservation data of the termination date and time is read from a reservation data file 11, and the propriety of the reservation is decided by comparing the reservation data with the reservation desire data (a). When the reservation is possible, the reservation desire data (a) and a reservation possible signal (b) are transmitted to a reservation registration means 8. When the reservation is impossible, a reservation impossible signal (c) is transmitted to a reservation result and display means 9. In a reservation termination date and time key table 10 of a storage device 3, the termination date and time data of the reservation data of the reservation desire file 11 is stored in an ascending order. Every time the reservation desire data a is registered, the data is added so that it may be the ascending order and the data decided as a reservation possible is stored in the reservation data file 11. |
