<p>PURPOSE:To provide a processor applying communication processing to real time data such as a moving picture and a voice signal while utilizing effectively a communication resource by adopting a communication system in which a series of data employing the packet exchanging system are divided into one or plural units for communication. CONSTITUTION:A sequence number is imparted to data in a communicated packet by a sequence number management section 2013 at a transmission side. A received sequence number is checked by a reception side and when the data have a sequential order, the data are delivered to a recipient. When a packet on the way is missing, the data are stored in a communication data memory 202 and when the packet on the way is not arrived even after the lapse of a prescribed time, the data in a compensation data memory 203 are used to generated data compensating the missing part, the length and the sequence of the data are restored and the data stored as the compensation data are delivered to the recipient.</p> |
