PURPOSE:To enhance the emission life of a light-emitting element made using organic emitter material. CONSTITUTION:A light-emitting element 7 made using organic emitter material comprises a metal electrode 1, a transparent electrode 4, an electron transport layer 2, a hole transport layer 3 and a stabilizing layer 6. Thereby the light- emitting element with a driving voltage of not more than 10V and a maximum emission brightness of 1000 candela/m<2> can be obtained. Further, the operating time of the element can be extended to more than 1000 hours. |
