PURPOSE:To reduce the mount area, to decrease the power consumption and to reduce the cost by decreasing number of components. CONSTITUTION:One of two systems of reception signals to be demodulated is inputted to a channel decoder section 31 and the other system is stored in a memory 32. Then a reception signal stored is processed by the channel decoder section 31 at the transmission. Then error rates of the 2 systems of reception signals are compared and a reception system with a lower error rate is selected. Thus, a better reception state is kept at a succeeding reception. Thus, the channel decoder section 31 and an error rate calculation section 33 are integrated into one system and the space diversity control is implemented with a time shift by using, e.g. the memory 32 for the storage. |
