PURPOSE:To improve a fan beam property of the ultrasonic probe by preventing a crosstalk between each vibrating element, in the ultrasonic probe using a matrix type vibrator. CONSTITUTION:By filling the part between each vibrating element for constituting a matrix type vibrator 13 with a filler into which microbeads are mixed, a crosstalk between each vibrating element is prevented effectively, by which a fan beam property of the ultrasonic probe is improved. |
