发明名称 OXIDE CATALYST, PRODUCTION THEREOF AND CATALYTIC HYDROGENATION OF CO2 USING THE CATALYST
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a new oxide catalyst imparting an excellent CO2 conversion ratio and excellent methanol selectivity in the catalytic hydrogenation of CO2 and to industrially perform the catalytic hydrogenation of CO2 using said catalyst. CONSTITUTION:Double oxide X2 obtained by baking gamma-Al2O3 impregnated with La(NO3)3 is physically mixed with multiple oxide X1 whose oxide compsn. is CuO-ZnO-Cr2O3-Al2O3 to obtain CuO-ZnO-Cr2O3-Al2O3 multiple oxide with La2O3 content of 4wt.%. This multiple oxide is reduced to fill a reactor and a gaseous mixture wherein a mol ratio of CO2 and H2 is 1:3 is supplied into the reactor to obtain methanol in high yield. The total conversion ratio of CO2 is 31.0% and the conversion rate of CO2 to methanol is 22.9% (methanol selectively; 73.9%). When pressure is set to 80atm, the CO2 conversion ratio becomes 39% and the conversion ratio of CO2 to methanol becomes 29%.
