<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the load of a clock request reception processing from being increased by increasing the number of clock requests from a program in the case of clock control for a computer which allows a fixed error rate. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with clock monitor tables 3-1/3-m to monitor a clock request value for each range provided with a time-out counter and a request block pointer corresponding to the counter, clock request receiving means 2 to connect the clock request block to the clock monitor tables 3-1 to 3-m, clock interruption generating means 7 to generate cyclic interruption for each clock monitor table, and time-out detecting means 6.</p> |
