摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of highly accurately recognizing the position of a component having a protruding part at high speed by simultaneously operating and finding the positions of respective protruding parts from the shading distribution of one-dimensional (1D) arrangement stored in a shading arithmetic result link storage means. SOLUTION: Horizontal and vertical shading operating means 103 and 104 execute sharing operation to image data in respective shading operation object areas transferred from an image data transfer means 102 and the shading arithmetic result data are sent to a shading arithmetic result link storage means 105. In the shading arithmetic result link storage means 105, the sharing arithmetic results as many as the number of sharing operation object areas are linked for each horizontal or vertical shading arithmetic result and stored as two kinds of 1D arrangement. At an electrode position detecting means 106, two edge positions in the lengthwise and breadthwise directions of an electrode are detected and from these edge positions, a center position at the top end of each electrode is detected as the position of each electrode.
