PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the notice of an event that should be acted by an operator by utilizing the incoming notification function of a mail from a server system side to the client terminal operator. SOLUTION: An agent 13 that monitors the arrival of an action notice resides in a server 10. When it receives an action notice for an operator A, the agent 13 starts an incoming notice program 14 and the program 14 retrieves a mail address with the user ID of an application system of the operator A as a key, adds an HTML file (shortcut) describing a URL address to the initial image of the application system and sends it to the mail address. The operator A receives the incoming notice mail of the action notice, opens a mail, activates the added file (shortcut) to display the initial image of the application system and performs processing. |
