PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely prevent any illegal train-taking by using a simple card in which only a fare is recorded. SOLUTION: Only a card A on whose surface a fare 100 is recorded is used as a ticket, and information indicating that a passenger enters an entrance gate B is recorded in the card A at the entrance gate B, and whether this is legal train-taking or not is judged based on the fare 100 and the entrance information 110 in the card A at an exit gate C so that any illegal use can be surely prevented. Also, when the card A passing through the entrance gate B of an automatic ticket barrier is allowed to pass through an automatic ticket barrier at a getting-off station, whether or not the getting-off station is present within a fare block available under the fare 100 of the card A from the getting-on station in the entrance information 110 recorded in the card A is judged, and when the getting-off station is not present in the range, it is judged that the fare is not a regular fare. |
