PURPOSE:To prevent cambering and air accumulation in a current collecting electrode of a layered battery in fabricating the current collecting electrode by heat press. CONSTITUTION:A glass sheet 24 is interposed between an electrode panel and a back insulating frame 22b and they are welded together by heat press and integrally formed, the electrode panel comprising a metal mesh, carbon plastic sheets 21a, 21b sandwiching the mesh from both sides, and an insulating frame 22a formed integrally with their outer peripheral edge portions. |
