PURPOSE:To excellently maintain a characteristic of a mutual connection part by using a ball mill, wherein an Si3N4 made ball is used as a pulverizing medium, for pulverization in raw material preparation for a mutual connection part. CONSTITUTION:Suitable quantity of nitrate of La, Ca, and Cr is prepared and stirred to be mixed while being dissolved into water, and then dried to remove moisture content. Solid material thereby obtained is sufficiently pulverized by means of an Si3N4 ball mill and subjected to a thermal decomposition process to remove nitric acid content from powder. This powder is processed by the Si3N4 ball mill and subjected to a crystallization process. The powder thereof is processed by the Si3N4 ball mill, subjected to particle diameter control, and processed by the Si3N4 ball mill.
