PURPOSE:To shorten the switching time for the improvement of transmission quality. CONSTITUTION:The switching control device is provided with a logic circuit 31 having a bus 34 for inputting a switching request signal to be outputted from each unit switched control part 1, #1 to #3) and a line switched control part 2 and for reading the number of a switching interruption signal 33 to be outputted when the switching request signal becomes active, and the number of the input port of the switching request signal when a CPU 32 becomes active. By changing from a polling system to an interruption processing by this constitution, a switching time becomes shorter and the transmission quality is improved at the time of switching. |
