PURPOSE: To obtain a coloring compsn. which disperses a coloring material in the whole of a fat-base food. CONSTITUTION: This coloring compsn. is made of liposome contg. an entraining coloring material and the liposome has been dispersed in a fat-base edible medium such as biscuit cream. The liposome consists preferably of hardened lipid and unhardened lipid which are preferably formed from lecithin. The entraining coloring material is an aq. coloring phase contg. a natural, synthetic or other coloring material. Colored biscuit cream is obtd. by mixing fat with sugar and adding a blend of hardened lecithin and unhardened lecithin with an aq. coloring phase forming coloring material-contg. liposome. |
