PURPOSE:To exactly and simply attain a task flow diagram preparing operation for a task analysis by obtaining a data input and output structure and a processing data structure according to a data format at the time of the preparation of a task flow diagram. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a data format part 1, knowledge base 3 having each kind calculating function as a knowledge, data conversion processing part 4 which absorbs the difference of a data input and output form, data output processing part 5 which obtains the data output of a structure according to the data format from the data output being a calculated result obtained by the calculating function of the knowledge base 3, and data display processing part 6 and print processing part 7 which operate the visibility and hard copy of the data structure. Then, the task flow diagram is prepared according to the data format of the input and output data and the processing data, the calculating function necessary for the task is selected from the knowledge base 3, the difference of the input and output data form is absorbed so that the necessary calculating function can be ensured, and a relation of the flow of the task by the visibility of the diagram and the hard copy can be clarified. |
