PURPOSE:To speedily re-acquire the synchronization by successively taking the correlation from the nearest part around the initial phase of the pseudo noise series at the synchronization step-out when the coincidence/dissidence count number of the synchronization reacquirement exceeds the initial or update threshold value. CONSTITUTION:Receiving signals indicating the synchronizing step-out from a synchronization holding part 10, a control part 9 outputs signals successively shifting the initial phase of the pseudo noise series from the nearest part to the center at the synchronizing step-out. When the pseudo noise series to be outputted from a pseudo noise series generator 13 and each one chip of an input signal 1 are matched by this signal, a multiplier 2 outputs a coincidence signal. Based on this output, a comparison selection part 6 selects the coincidence/dissidence number to be outputted by a subtraction part 4 at its output. The correlation is successively taken by a comparison part 7 and a control part 9 using the output and the initial and update threshold value of a threshold storage part 8. Thus, the time for re-acquiring synchronization can be shortened. |
