PURPOSE:To take off rice ball from a housing frame automatically without consuming man power by carrying a rice cake housing frame housing the dough for rice cakes to a specified cooled rice cake dough-separating part with a driving conveyer and separating cooled rice cake dough from the rice cake housing frame. CONSTITUTION:A rice ball dough housing frame 2 whose upper face is open and which has a vertical through-hole in the central part is carried to a part of an inversed arm 20 with a driving conveyer 15. The frame 2 is held with a chuck 22 and inversed around an inversed shaft 23, and the chuck is taken off and the frame is put into a guide cylinder 30 and dropped. A cooled dough 3 for rice cakes is separated from the frame 2 at the face of a slide bottom plate 33 and the frame 2 is transferred to a frame-carrying conveyer which the cooled dough for rice cakes is transferred to a dough carrying conveyer. |
