<p>PURPOSE:To simplify color adjusting work by executing color adjustment in a single action on an image area segmented by the level frequency distribution of a chrominance signal level from a color adjustment image area. CONSTITUTION:A setting means 13 sets the color adjustment image area by interacting with a display screen. The frequency distribution of the chrominance signal level in a set color adjustment image area is calculated by a calculation means 14. A specifying means 15 specifies color data which becomes a color adjustment object in the color data in accordance with calculated frequency distribution by interacting with the display screen. A decision means 16 decides the amount of change of the chrominance signal level to be color-adjusted with respect to specified color data. The color adjustment can be executed by shifting the chrominance signal level of the frequency distribution pointed by the color data specified by the specifying means 15 by the amount of change of the chrominance signal level decided by the decision means 16. Thereby, the color adjusting work can be performed by a simple operation.</p> |
