PURPOSE:To obtain a feed for livestock containing a specific decomposed product of casein calcium, excellent in absorbing properties of protein nitrogen source and mineral, capable of improving growth of poultry, bone formation and quality of egg shell and reducing breakage ratio of eggs. CONSTITUTION:The objective feed for poultry contains preferably 0.1-10wt.% decomposed product of casein calcium containing a peptide having 1000-5000 molecular weight as a main component and is obtained by adding a proteinase derived from the genus Aspergillus, preferably of 40-60wt.% to casein calcium for treating the casein calcium. |
