PURPOSE:To provide the sentence polishing mechanism of a sentence preparing device by which an erroneous part or the like can be reported to a user by an attribution, and moreover the cause can be displayed as an alarming message. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is equipped with an input part 1 equipped with an input equipment such as a keyboard and mouse, output part 8 constituted of a display equipment such as a display, and MMI part 2 which controls the input part 1 and the output part 8, controls the improvement of a sentence and displays the alarming message or the like. And also, the mechanism is equipped with an analysis control part 3 which controls the analysis of the sentence and the polish of the sentence, morphemic analyzing part 4 which analyzes each sentence by decomposing it into morphemic levels, series deciding part 6 which prepares a series list based on the morphemic data, and analytic dictionary 10 which stores analytic information corresponding to the morpheme. Also, the mechanism is equipped with a dictionary retrieving part 5 which retrieves the analytic dictionary 10, error detecting part 7 which detects a description to be alarmed, sentence checking rule table 9 which holds plural sentence checking rules, and working message table 11 which holds a working message. |
