<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new antibody capable of keeping or improving its promotion effect on fibrinolytic function while reducing side-effects. CONSTITUTION:The objective antibody is a bi-specific antibody showing bi- specificity, i.e., one specificity to thrombus and the other specificity to a fibrinolytic substance, containing a versatile region and having a structure in which a CH2 and a CH3 are deleted. This antibody is obtained, e.g. by fractionation of an anti-UK-anti-human fibrin bi-specific hybrid antibody F(ab') or by enzymolysis of a bi-specific antibody produced by tetraoma FU1-74.</p> |
