PRODUCTION OF GLYCERYLPHOSPHORYLCHOLINE PHOSPHODIESTERASE

PURPOSE:To stably and massively obtain glycerylphosphorylcholine phosphodiesterase (GPCP) by culturing a GPCP-producing bacterium belonging to the genus Gliocladium. CONSTITUTION:A glycerylphosphorylcholine phosphodiesterase-producing bacterium [preferably, Gliocladium roseum M4664 (FERM P-6055)] belonging to the genus Gliocladium is cultured in a medium, and the glycerylphosphorylcholine phosphodiesterase is collected from the cultured product.
