METHOD FOR CULTURING ADHESIVE CELL AND APPARATUS FOR ITS CULTURING

PURPOSE:To set and control culture conditions by monitoring the state of a cell peeling from or sticking to a culture carrier with the absorbance of a culture solution. CONSTITUTION:The absorbance of a culture solution in a culture vessel is measured with an absorbance measurement sensor 3 to monitor the state of a cell peeling from and sticking to the culture carrier. A variation in absorbance with the lapse of time is used as an index to control the peeling from and sticking to the culture carrier of the cell.
