<p>PURPOSE:To improve the exactness of data in a data base for a production management, and to attain an exact production management by preliminarily checking reserved information concerned with a part construction, and mechanism information concerned with a process. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a reserved information property judging and writing means 4 which inputs reserved information 2 indicating a relation between a master part and a slave part constituting the master part, judges the property of the data, and writes only the data judged to be proper in a data base 16 for the production management. And also, the device is equipped with a mechanism information property judging and writing means 8 which inputs mechanism information 6 indicating the relation between the part and the process of producing it, judges the property of the data, and writes only the data judged to be proper in the data base 16 for the production management. Then, the reserved information 2 and the mechanism information 6 written in the data base 16 for the production management are checked by a data mutual check means 10, the output of the data specified to be mismatched from a data outputting means 12 is inhibited, and the output of the other data is permitted. Thus, the execution of the erroneous production management can be prevented.</p> |
