DEODORIZATION TOWER SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prolong the contact time of deodorization beads and offensive odor gas and to enhance deodorizing efficiency by packing the deodorization beads on the alternately lengthened shelf boards or a spiral shelf in a deodorization tower packed with the small globes (deodorization beads) of a deodorant capsule. CONSTITUTION:When offensive odor gas 2 generated from an offensive odor source such as a corral is introduced into the inlet 3 of a deodorization tower system by a blow or the like, it is passed through the parts 13 having a small hole and passed between deodorization beads 6 which are packed on shelves 7 lengthened from the left side and shelves 8 lengthened from the right side in the inside of the deodorization tower 1, deodorized and thereafter discharged from an outlet 4. Water 12 is sprayed by a sprinkler 9 from the upper part of the deodorization tower 1 to give moisture to the deodorization beads 6. Excess water is collected in a water storage tank 11 and also returned to the sprinkler 9 by a pump 10. The deodorization beads 6 are formed of composition such as citric acid, glutaraldehyde and sodium alginate.
