PURPOSE:To exactly and simply attain an operation from a task analysis to the preparation of a system specification by using the symbol operation relative information or the like of a knowledge base for the preparation of a task flow diagram. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a task flow diagram editing part 1 which obtains the data of a symbol and operation relative information corresponding to the symbol from a knowledge base 4, and prepares the task flow diagram, and a diagram analyzing part 2 which obtains a product relative knowledge related with the symbol from the knowledge base 4, and operates the guidance of the corresponding product and the operating method, for the task flow diagram. And also, the system is equipped with a product selecting part 3 which obtains a product application reference and knowledge from the knowledge base 4, and operates the selection of the product. Then, the preparing operation of the system specification can be simplified by using the symbol/ operation relative information of the knowledge base 4 at the time of the preparation of the task flow diagram, and using the symbol/product relative knowledge of the knowledge base 4 at the time of the analysis of the prepared task flow diagram. |
