PURPOSE:To provide a motor controller having a high response capable of reaching the target velocity in a short time even though the rotating speed of motor greatly varies. CONSTITUTION:At the time of changing the rotating speed of a motor 3, the output data of a multiplier 24 in sampling immediately before the change are taken into an arithmetic circuit 5, the output data of this multiplier 24 are divided by a multiplication factor 23 corresponding to the target speed of motor rotation after modifying, the arithmetic results are loaded to a delay circuit 22, and the control for the target speed is started. By doing this, even though the multiplication factor 23 of the multiplying circuit determining the low pass compensation characteristics greatly change, the signals output from the low pass compensation circuit 2 will not change greatly nor discontinuously, so that the time period until reaching the target speed after changing the speed can be shortened for the motor 3. |
