PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of the subject filter together with reduction of the insertion loss of a microwave. CONSTITUTION:A copper film 25 is formed on one of both sides of a coil-shaped organic film 30, and the film 25 is removed except a prescribed part for production of plural metallic patterns 7. Then two ceramic plates 1 and 2 covered with a metallic conductor 4 or 5 adjust previously in each product size on the entire part of one of both sides is fixed vertically to a coil-shaped plastic film 3 so that the other side of the plate 1 or 2 is set opposite to the film 3 through the ceramic surface for each pattern 7 of the film 3. The same operation is repeated so as to obtain a coil-shaped lamination molded matter which contains plural ceramic plates on both sides of the film 3. Then the molded matter is vertically separated into the strip line type filters of each prescribed shape. |
