PURPOSE:To ensure the excellent mass productivity of the dielectric coaxial resonators even with its miniaturization especially with the <=3mm height. CONSTITUTION:A base body 11 of a dielectric material is provided with a pierced hole 11c including a square hole 11a and a hole 11b having a rectangular section and continuous to the hole 11a. Then a level difference part K is formed on the boundary between both holes 11a and 11b. The hole 11a has its exterior dimensions including the width L4 of 3mm, the height L5 of 1mm, and the length L6 of 2.5mm respectively. Meanwhile the hole 1b has its exterior dimensions including the width L7 of 1.2mm, the height L8 of 0.5mm, and the length L9 of 2.5mm respectively. An external conductor layer 12 is provided in the outer circumferential part together with an internal conductor layer 13 provided to the hole 11c, and a coupling layer 14 coupling together both layers 12 and 13 provided on an end face 11d where the hole 11b opens. |
