Frying pan with convex base, decorative and keep-warm edge

The pan is provided with a convex base. A deep edge is formed around the convex section and merges into an upper rim which slopes upwards. This special shape results in three temperature zones when this pan is heated. The frying pan is suitable for the simultaneous preparation of various dishes without there being any effect on the taste in the frying section when preparing types of meat and/or fish which are located next to one another, and for preventing fat which is released from burning during continuous, prolonged use at frying temperature.
