The inverter system gradually increases the speed of cop rotation the winding of yarn moves from the initial position to the normal position and also adjusts the speed of cop rotation within a proper range for decrease or increase of the speed in correspondance to the up-and-down movement of the ring rail to kiip constant the tension of the yarn for winding on the whole portion of the cop and prevent the yarn from breadking off. The inverter system includes a computer, a control, a drive panel, a sensor and an inverter. The control changes the speed of cop rotation through the inverter.
