The invention relates to a hanging strip for storing an object in a hanging position, comprising a strip which is provided at both ends with cavities which can be reached via slots in order to accommodate guides of a storage system, and snap-action means, behind which at least one guide can be accommodated so that it snaps into a respective cavity, and to a storage system comprising a frame with at least two guides and the like, with hanging strips hanging therefrom.
