Control unit for hot water heating-system - contains precision extruded part with pipes, overflow valves and four=way mixer

The control unit is arranged between and connected to the feed and return lines of the boiler, hot water reservoir and heating loop. A precision extruded part (1) in the form of a one-piece, plate-shaped housing has the pipes, boiler feed (8) and return (9), reservoir feed (10) and return (11) and overflow valve (16) opening opposite the heater feed (12) and return (13) along its long sides (2,3) and arranged inside the housing in the same plane. On the transverse sides there are two overflow valves (14,15) and a 4-way mixer (6) which relatively adjusts the heater and reservoir feeds and returns. The mixer is controlled depending on temp. by a control motor. USE/ADVANTAGE - The arrangement has a compact controller which thermally and flow-dynamically optimises the processes of the boiler, reservoir and heater.
