The grill-pan (1) has a rim (2) round the edge and a grill-surface (3) consisting of spaced apart bars (4) with in-between fat-drainage grooves (5), and a fat-collector duct (6). Between the bars and each drainage groove is at least one ventilation slot and at least one fat-drip edge on each bar. The edge is lower than the top edge of the bar and above the fat-drainage groove so as to overlap the groove. In the middle of the fat drainage groove is an extra transversely intersecting groove (7) for collecting fat.
