<p>A foaming system (10, Fig 1) comprises a dual aspirator 13 having first and second venturi aspirators 80 and 81 through which a diluent is forced, causing first and second chemical concentrates to be drawn through inlet ports 44,45, each mixing with the diluent in its own mixing compartment 90,91. Further mixing of each diluent/chemical mixture takes place in separate diffusers 46,47, after which they are combined, therefore allowing incompatible concentrates to be mixed without gelling, off-gassing or generating excessive heat. Flushing lines (68,71 Fig 1) provide for cleaning of the dual aspirator 13. Further, the diffusers have a ratio of their diameter to length to aid two check valves in the prevention of contamination.</p> |
