Electric motor driving radial force loads, e.g. pumps and compressors - has disk-shaped vibration absorber inserted on rotor shaft at back side of motor case
摘要
The electric motor has a stator (3) fixed to the motor case and a rotor (2) mounted on a shaft (1) which rotates on two bearings (6,7). The motor armature windings (11) are connected to the external circuit by a commutator (12) and sliding carbon brushes (13). Either constant or electro-magnets (10) are used to create the electric field. A disc-shaped vibration absorber (4) is inserted to the shaft by press fitting, to reduce oscillation of the shaft when it is connected to radial force loads e.g. pumps and compressors. USE/ADVANTAGE - Particularly for automotive use. Low vibration and noise due to built-in absorber.
