The filter circuit is controlled by a pair of rectangular signals (S1,S2) provided by a frequency/phase discriminator and has a pair of opposing transistors (n,p) coupled to respective terminals of the supply voltage (u) and connected together via a further pair of transistors (nd,pd,) each connected in a diode cqnfiguration. The output (ua) of the filter circuit is obtained from the junction between the latter two transistors (nd,pd) which is connected to the negative pole of the supply voltage (u) via a series RC element (r.c.). One control signal (S1) is fed via a capacitor (c1) to the gate of the n-type transistor diode (nd). The other signal (s2) is fed via an inverter (i) and a second capacitor (c2) to the p-type transistor diode (pd).
