PURPOSE:To set up the relative positions of each parts with good accuracy by using a mirror-hanging device as an assembling tool. CONSTITUTION:The face of the face portion 10a is placed and temporarily fixed on the flat surface 14, and then the meniscus lens 2 if fixed on the inner surface of the face portion 10a. Then, the master spacer 40 is exactly placed on the meniscus lens 2, the mirror 4 is put down by the slide portion 22, and the upper end of the master spacer 40 is contacted with the reflection surface of the mirror 4. At the time when the contact is confirmed, the joint clamp 24 is clamped to fix the flexible joint 23. Then, after removing the master spacer 40 by lifting the mirror 4 by the slide portion 22, the slide portion 22 is restored to its original position and the mirror 4 is situated at almost right position. Then, the position of the mirror 40 is finely adjusted by using a focal length measuring device so that the screen 34 placed in position is foculized. |
