METHOD FOR FORMING COATING LAYER OF CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: A method for forming a coating layer of cathode ray tube is provided to enhance a contrast by a corpuscle thin film formed on a front surface of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A first thin film is formed by coating a liquid dispersed silver corpuscle on a front surface(11a) of a CRT panel. A part corresponding to each fluorescent body on the first thin film is etched and removed. Then a first thin film is formed. The second thin film is formed on the first thin film. A fixed pattern is formed on a front surface(11a) of CRT. The first thin film is formed by coating a liquid dispersed silver corpuscle on the panel(11) having the pattern. The second thin film is formed by coating a silicazol(39) on the first thin film. Thereby, a contrast and a brightness of CRT are enhanced.
