PURPOSE: A nonlinear inductor is provided to reduce an unnecessary energy loss and to have an excellent shield capacity. CONSTITUTION: A nonlinear inductor comprises a first core which exists a magnetic saturation state at an initial state. A first coil is wound at a periphery of the first core so that a flux is maintained in a direction of canceling a flux of the first core. A permanent magnet is installed at the first core, and makes the first coil be the magnetic saturation state. A second coil is wound at a periphery of the first core so that a flux is maintained in a direction of canceling a flux by the first coil. A first diode is connected to the first coil in serial, is connected to a forward current flow of the first coil. A second diode is connected to the second coil in serial, is connected to a forward current flow of the second coil.
