PURPOSE: A soap with an advertising description and its preparation method and apparatus are provided, to allow the advertising description of a soap to be maintained for a long time irrespective of the abrasion of a soap, thereby to maximize the advertising effect, and to simplify the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A soap (1) with an advertising description is prepared by inserting a liquid soap into a molder and cooling it to make the soap be jelly-state; inserting an auxiliary soap of jelly-state with a different color into an extruder (3); extruding the extruder (3) positioned at the above of the soap (1) to release the aid soap; and cooling the molder to solidify the soap (1).
