PURPOSE: An incinerator is provided to completely burn the incomplete gas generated as waste matters are burnt and to improve the heat efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator is made up of: plural first combustion chambers(10) placed around a second combustion chamber; and the second combustion chamber(20) for burning the air pollutants generated from the first combustion chamber again. A flame(8) generated by burning waste matters(8) is transferred to the second combustion chamber along a flame guide(18) after the flame is revolved in the first combustion chamber. Also, the flame transferred to the second combustion chamber is revolved in the second combustion chamber.
