PURPOSE: A pressure sensor, related to sense low pressure, is provided to measure a variation of air pressure by the flow of air or the variation of the air flow. CONSTITUTION: A body(11) has a first and a second air pressure action tubes(12)(13). A cylinderic metal tube(15) having a filter(14) and a hole(15') is inserted into the inner side of the body. A first distance maintaining sphere(16) and a pressure action plate(17) is installed in the inner side of the metal tube(15). An insulation maintaining sphere(18) includes a central hole(18') and a circular frame(28). A conductive plate(20) having a second distance maintaining sphere(19) and a hole(20') is installed in the inner side of the circular frame(28). A PCB substrate(21) forming a plurality of holes(21') in the other side of the insulation maintaining sphere(18). An electric wire(30) connected to the conductive plate(20) is connected to the PCB substrate(21) and withdrawn from the body(11).
